  • Day 1 Arrive in Kathmandu, meet at airport and transfer to hotel

  • Day 2 Preparation day for Him lung Expedition

    Prepare day for Him lung Expedition, check all Expedition equipment, by mountaineering guide, if something needs to buy or hire there are available in Kathmandu. Final Check Everything make sure  that all Gears perfect

  • Day 3 Drive to Dhara pani with private vehicle

    Drive to Dhara pani with a private vehicle, our staff will you pick up at your hotel. We will be driving following the Trishuli River for few hours then leave trisuli river and follow the Marsyangdi river. Ater the beshisahar we drive popular trekking trail to Annapurna Circuit beside of the Marshyangdi river. Finaly will reach in Dhara pani overnight stay at local lodge/ tea house altitude of 1925m.

  • Day 4 Trek to Koto 6 hours

    Trek to Koto 6 hours, today slowly we start walking to make your body balance and fit for daily walking to the everyday higher elevation. Today the trail follow through the peaceful forest, we stop on the way for lunch and then continue to Koto over night at lodge altitude of 3530m.

  • Day 5 Trek to Meta 6/7 hours
    Trek to Meta 6/7 hours, you will start walking after your breakfast at the hotel. As you trek toward Meta, you will cross several suspension bridges, trek into the dense forest, and pass-through remote areas that provide a sense of serenity and isolation. The trek is relatively moderate in difficulty, making it accessible for experienced trekkers looking for a peaceful and less-crowded route in the Himalayas. The route is scenic, offering views of the surrounding peaks, and you will pass through villages where you can observe the local lifestyle of people living in the Himalaya, overnight at lodge/tea house altitude of 3540m.

  • Day 6 Trek to Phu village 7 hours. 4080m.
    Trek to Phu village 7 hours. After enjoying a hearty breakfast at your hotel, you’ll begin your trek from Meta to Phu village. The trail takes you through scenic landscapes and local villages, including the charming settlements of Chyaku and Kyang. We will make a stop for lunch at Kyang, where you can relax and enjoy a delicious meal before continuing your journey. The trek offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys as you approach Phu, your destination for the night. Upon arrival in Phu, you'll settle in for an overnight stay, surrounded by the serene beauty of this remote village. Overnight at lodge/ tea house altitude of 4080m.

  • Day 7 Acclimatize day in Phu

    Acclimatization day at Phu village day explore around the village up to 4,255m, an important acclimatization day to allow your body to adjust to the higher altitude. Your guide will take you short hike around the area it helps you the acclimatization process or relax and prepare for the further adventure It’s essential to rest, overnight at lodge/tea house altitude of 4080m.

  • Day 8 Trek to Himlung base camp 3/4 hours 4925m.

    Trek to Himlung himala base camp 3/4 hours from Phu Village to Himlung Himal Base Camp, where adventure and breathtaking Himalayan vistas await. Starting early from Phu Village, the trail ascends through lush valleys and rocky terrain, gradually revealing awe-inspiring views of snow-capped peaks and glacial rivers. Along the way, pass through remote Yak shelter. After four hours of steady trekking, you'll reach Himlung Himal Base Camp, nestled at an altitude of approximately 4,925 meters. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by base camp crew with drinks and hot lunch. Here, you’ll spend most of the time at base camp during expedition.

    This base camp serves as a perfect staging point for the Himlung Himal expedition, where climbers can acclimatize, prepare gear, and soak in the majesty of one of the region's most remote and pristine locations. From today you will have delicious food prepare by professional Expedition cook. Get assigned to your tent and receive your baggage, you will feel the altitude more acutely as you reach 4,920 meters. Upon arrival at Base Camp, you will settle in and begin preparing for the further climbing phase. Overnight at camping and sleep in tents, altitude of 4925m.

  • Day 9 and 10 Rest at himlung base camp 4925m.
    Today is a day of acclimatization, allowing you to adjust to the altitude before attempting the summit. You will spend the day at the base camp, doing light hikes nearby to help your body adjust, while also resting and relaxing. This day is crucial for ensuring your body acclimates properly to the high altitude, giving you the best chance for a successful summit attempt in the coming days.

  • Day 10 Another acclimatization day at Himlung base camp 4920m

    Today is dedicated to acclimatization at Himlung Base Camp. After arriving yesterday, we will spend another day here to allow our bodies to adjust to the altitude before ascending to a higher camp. The day will include a light trek around the base camp area to further aid in acclimatization, as well as taking time to rest and hydrate. This extra day will help ensure you’re well-prepared for the challenges of higher altitudes, giving you the best chance of a successful and safe climb ahead. We'll focus on rest, hydration, and preparing gear for the journey to the Higher camp.

  • Day 11 Hike to camp 1 and return to base camp

    Hike to camp 1 and return back to base camp. Embark on a thrilling acclimatization hike from Himlung Base Camp to Camp 1, designed to help you adjust to higher altitudes and prepare for more challenging climbs. The journey begins with a trek across a massive rocky glacier, offering spectacular views but requiring careful navigation. As you move forward, you’ll cross a landslide-prone area—an unnerving section, so staying alert and cautious is crucial. After overcoming these obstacles, you'll ascend to High Camp, where you’ll take in the stunning surroundings before retracing your steps back to Base Camp. This round-trip hike, taking approximately 6-8 hours, is perfect for building strength, confidence, and endurance in the mountain environment.

  • Day 12 Again rest at base camp, for acclimatize

    Rest at Base camp. Today is a crucial rest day at Himlung Base Camp. After yesterday's ascent to the camp 1, you may be feeling the strain of the altitude and effort. This rest day allows your body to recover and acclimatize, replenishing your energy before the summit push. Take the opportunity to relax, hydrate, and enjoy the serene surroundings of the base camp. This downtime is essential for ensuring you're physically prepared for the challenging days ahead. Stay well-rested, conserve your strength, and take in the breathtaking views, as tomorrow’s summit attempt will require all your energy and focus.

  • Day 13 Hike to camp-1 and stay overnight at camp 1 5430m.

    Hike to camp 1 and stay overnight.altitude of 5430m. After a hearty breakfast at Himlung Base Camp, you'll begin your trek to Camp - 1, located at a higher altitude. The trail presents a challenging yet rewarding experience, as you'll cross massive glaciers, navigate rocky terrain, and pass-through areas prone to landslides. The trek requires careful attention and steady pacing due to the rugged conditions. As you ascend, the landscape becomes more dramatic, offering breathtaking views of towering peaks and the surrounding wilderness. Upon reaching Camp 1, you'll settle into the high camp for the night, where you can rest and acclimatize to the altitude, preparing for the next stages of your journey.

  • Day 14 Climb to camp 2 altitude of 6000m, and return to base camp.

    Climb from camp 1 to camp 2 ltitude of 6000m. and return all the way back to base camp.

    Today, you will climb from camp 1 to camp 2 which is situated at an elevation of 6050 meters. This will be for your acclimatization and training. After reaching at camp 2 you will return all the back to Himlung base camp for acclimatize balance keep your health fitness

  • Day 15 Rest at himlung base camp for acclimatize

    Rest day at Base Camp. Today you will stay at base camp. You will do little hike near base camp and try to recover your body for the summit push.

  • Day 16 Another rest day at himlung base camp

    Another rest day at base camp, Today is your final rest day at Himlung Base Camp, a crucial day to ensure you are fully prepared for the summit push. The focus is on rest and recovery, allowing your body to regain strength and energy. You’ll spend the day relaxing, rehydrating, and fueling up with nutritious meals. Use this time to check your gear, double-check your equipment, and mentally prepare for the challenge ahead. Resting now will give you the best chance for success as you get ready for the final leg of your expedition.

  • Day 17 Climb from base camp to camp-1

    Climb form base camp to camp- 1, The climb from Himlung Base Camp to Camp 1 is a critical part of the ascent, marking the transition from the lower, more accessible terrain to the challenging higher reaches of the mountain. Starting early in the morning, climbers leave base camp and make their way through rocky moraines and ice fields. The route steadily ascends, with sections of mixed rock and snow, requiring technical climbing skills. The final stretch to Camp 1 is steep and exposed, with climbers navigating narrow ridges and ice slopes. The goal is to reach Camp 1 by late afternoon to allow for a rest before the final summit push. The camp itself is set on a flat, wind-sheltered platform, offering stunning views of the surrounding peaks and the final, demanding route to the summit.

  • Day 18 Climb from camp 1 to camp - 2.

    Climb from camp 1 to camp 2.

    After a hearty breakfast, you'll begin your ascent from Camp 1 to Camp 2, a journey that will take approximately 3/4 hours. The climb starts with a steep, rocky section that requires careful footing. After about an hour of climbing, you'll reach an icy section, where conditions will require extra caution.

    Here, you'll need to use the fixed ropes set along the route. If fixed ropes aren't in place, you'll rely on the main rope, connecting with fellow climbers for safety and support. As you approach Camp 2, situated at 6050 meters, the terrain will become more challenging, but the stunning views will make it all worthwhile.

    Once you reach Camp 2, you’ll settle into tents at this high altitude and enjoy a specially prepared high-altitude meal made by the climbers themselves. Rest and prepare for the next phase of your journey in this remote, breathtaking environment.

  • Day 19 Climb from camp- 2 to camp 3 stay overnight

    Today, you will climb from Himlung Camp 2 to Camp 3. The ascent is not very steep, making it a manageable climb. You can start a bit later today, around 9 am, after the sunrise. The journey will take approximately 3 hours, offering a steady pace as you make your way up. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the sense of progress as you reach your next camp. While you reach at camp 3 you will settle for your next morning summit push. You will need to go bed early and get up early and start summit push early.

  • Day 20 Summit Himlung and return to camp - 2 or camp - 1 it is depends on your health condition

    Today is the final summit day of your Himlung expedition, and it’s the most crucial part of your climb. You will begin your ascent early in the morning at 1 AM, starting from Camp 3. The climb begins with a steep, challenging ascent, and you will follow fixed ropes that have been set up by your climbing team. The route will be demanding, requiring your full focus and energy, and it will take approximately 6-7 hours to reach the summit. Upon reaching the top, you'll be rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views and have time for photos to capture this monumental achievement. After spending a short time at the summit, you will retrace your steps and descend back to Camp 2 or possibly even Camp 1, depending on your pace and energy levels. This day will demand all your strength and determination, but reaching the summit will be a triumph you'll never forget in your life

  • Day 21 Descend from camp -2 or camp 1 to base camp.

This is a significant milestone, and upon arrival, you’ll join the entire Base Camp crew and fellow climbers to celebrate your successful summit. However, it’s important to stay focused as the journey isn't over yet—prepare for the final leg of your expedition as you make your way back down, ensuring safety and conserving energy for the return ahead.

  • Day 22 Trek back to Meta

With a heart full of accomplishment, you’ll begin the trek by descending through the picturesque Phu Village, where the quaint houses and traditional culture offer a peaceful contrast to the high-altitude challenge. Continuing on, you’ll pass through Kyang and Chyaku, each offering stunning views and a sense of serenity. Finally, you’ll arrive in Meta, completing your incredible adventure. This day is not just about the descent, but about reflecting on the journey and the mountain’s majestic presence.

  • Day 23 Trek back to Koto.

    Trek back to Koto. After the breakfast, you begin your descent from Meta to Koto Village. Along the way, you'll cross suspension bridges, adding to the adventure. The journey down feels invigorating, with each step filled with the satisfaction of conquering the toughest summit. The descent offers a rewarding mix of natural beauty and a sense of accomplishment, leaving you energized as you make your way to the peaceful village of Koto.

As you drive through the picturesque countryside, you'll witness the changing landscapes, with the majestic Himalayas in the backdrop. Upon reaching Kathmandu, you'll settle into a comfortable hotel, where you can relax and unwind after your journey overnight at hotel

  • Day 26 Sight seeing Kathmandu Valley

    Sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley, located in the heart of Nepal, is a treasure trove of history, culture, and natural beauty. Surrounded by the majestic Himalayas, this UNESCO World Heritage Site is home to ancient temples, vibrant markets, and breathtaking landscapes. Whether you're a history enthusiast, a nature lover, or simply someone looking to immerse yourself in the local culture, Kathmandu Valley offers something for everyone.

    1 - Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple)

    Perched on a hilltop, Swayambhunath, often referred to as the Monkey Temple, offers stunning panoramic views of the Kathmandu Valley. This ancient stupa is a significant pilgrimage site for Buddhists and is adorned with a golden spire and eyes of Buddha that are believed to watch over the valley. The temple is surrounded by monkeys, which adds a unique charm to the site. Visitors can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and explore the nearby caves and shrines.

    2 - Pashupatinath Temple
